  • Photo 2002- patient had generalized wear, missing posterior teeth. Discolored anterior (front) teeth with minor gaps and major posterior teeth (back) gaps.

  • This patient first came to us, with missing teeth, front tooth discolored due to root canal treatment many years ago with retrograde technique (which is root canal treatment from root up, reverse of the normal technique which is from crown down to the roots. It is performed on few cases that do not respond to normal technique, a lot of literature on this); and patient was very concerned with generalized stain and tartar.

  • After treatment view. Veneers on front 2 teeth and bridging (cantilever bridge) was done to make the canines look like lateral incisors and canine pontics. Patient was very happy with Aesthetic results. The treatment was in conjunction with scaling and polishing of stained teeth as well.

  • Photo 1998. Patient requested simple partial denture and correction of faculty lower gold crowns.
  • Before treatment. Broken denture with buccal abscess on upper left which was removed. Lower faulty gold crown were removed as well.
  • Diagnostic wax-up was done to determine exact extensions (margin) and shape of the teeth in harmony.
  • Final delivery hairline stain was introduced on the denture teeth to balance the hairline stain/crack on the adjacent incisor.

  • Photo 2004- Bridge to close the gaps in conjunction with root canal treatments. Prosthetic Gum added to mimic patient natural gum. Patient very satisfied of the difference and the result.

  • Photo 2003- Patient with gaps- preferred bridging. Patient wanted a speedy treatment.

  • Photo 2004- upper bridging to close gaps and lower teeth 2 crowns to close gaps.

  • Photo 2004- amalgam fillings leaking patient requested change to composite fillings due to health and aesthetic reasons.

  • Photo 2004- amalgam changed to composite- Aesthetic wise better and no mercury intoxication. Patient was very happy.

    (right) Photo 2005- Amalgams removed in conjunction with high suction and replaced tooth colored fillings. Blue spots are articulating paper spotting no high spots on the fillings- only natural contacts at the cusps.
